The patio doors lead out to the large terrace where there is patio furniture for six plus plenty of space to sunbathe.
The apartment block is the most attractive building around the bay. It is very Spanish in appearance, with white painted tiered terraces, with gardens and lawns that you can walk through to take you down to the beach. The apartment has its own convenient ground floor entrance yet the terrace overlooks the gardens, swimming pool and sea.
A 50-yard walk through the gardens takes you straight onto the beach. Alternatively, relax by the private pool. The apartment block is built on the sea front unique in Mallorca. The sandy beach has many palm trees creating an idyllic "Caribbean" appearance making it one of the best beaches on the island.
