Like everyone else, we must admit, we thought that the Mallorca property market would be in better shape by now.

But, things are still tough for people looking to sell island properties – maybe even tougher than they were a few months ago - and it’s set to stay that way for a while longer.

At Imperial, we’re simply not seeing what we call the ‘normal’ buyers. Everyone is looking for a great bargain. It remains an absolute buyers market and the vast majority are German or Scandinavian.
