I’ve worked in property in Mallorca
for the last 22 years, which gives me a pretty good understanding of
the market. With Imperial, I’ve worked hard to build a secure, friendly
company people can trust.
My family and I are very happy living
in Mallorca. Obviously, it’s a beautiful place with fantastic weather
and a relaxed pace of life. It’s also very safe, which is important
when you have a family. This is what I want to help other people discover!

I moved to the island 6 years ago. I
was working in property in the UK and I keep up with the property scene
there so I know the issues facing people keen to buy here.
I love living in Mallorca. I play a lot
of sport, including golf and the weather is perfect for that, of course.
I have 5 kids and one of my sons plays football for one of Mallorca's local youth teams
and it’s great that he can train outside several times a week.
My family has settled in very well, probably
because we’ve been open to becoming part of the Mallorquin community
from day one.

6 months ago, Imperial sold me an apartment
and then they offered me a job! So I’ve seen both sides of the desk,
as it were.
I moved here for the quality of life. I was tired of the UK. I’m into sports – golf and football – so Mallorca’s perfect for me.
Because I moved recently, I understand what new people are up against and the kind of help they need.

I have lived on the beautiful island of Mallorca with my family for the past 9 years and love every aspect of it.
The pace of life is very relaxing and there is something for everyone, but first and foremost the lovely weather.
I have been in the property market for the past 30 years covering all aspects, from construction, conversion, reformation, renting and selling all types of property.
