Ce que disent nos clients

“I was introduced to Mark a few months ago and the service since then has been first class. He was very straightforward to deal with and communication was excellent. I was very happy with the price he achieved for me and from first photographs to sale completion was very quick. He even managed to help me sell my car although I am not sure he does that for everyone ! I would certainly recommend them”

“From our first experience in 2016 till the sale of our third property in 2026, Imperial Properties Mallorca has been a fantastic agency. The team, from photography, media, sales advice, legal and financial advice, follow up till sale, the process was always professional, trustworthy, flawless. We also noticed the way our home was promoted. Cutting edge marketing ensured high visibility. I would mention certain individuals and their efforts, but I think it’s important to stress that the overall business model is fantastic! Thanks Imperial!!! You are all rock stars in our eyes. We will miss those skies and beaches of Santa Ponsa but think we will see you again soon 🙏”

“Absolutely brilliant company- highly professional and did an amazing job selling our apartment. Can recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Mallorca. Adam & Lynne”

“We have recently sold our apartment with Imperial Properties in Santa Ponsa.. we had excellent and attentive service from beginning to end. The process was simple and professional no queries were too much for them to deal with. Our special thanks to all the staff and especially to Georgia and Mark for all the help over and beyond their remit.”

“We were undecided about selling our apartment on Majorca, but Mark and Portia were always there to listen impartially. We really respected the fact that they didn't pressurise us to sell. It was always about what would work best for us a family - thank you! The apartment literally took three months to sell. Living in the UK we were reassured with constant communication. Portia went above and beyond meeting contractors and liaising with house clearance companies. She even drove us to the Notary in Palma on the day of the sale. Seamless from beginning to end. Felt we were in safe hands. Diolch o galon.”

“Very professional agency – they respond quickly, plan everything in advance, and keep clients well informed. They helped us both with finding and selling an apartment, always in a friendly and well-organized way. Highly recommended!”

“During our search for a home in Mallorca, we met with many different agents, but none were as responsive or efficient as Imperial Properties. A huge thank you to Finlay Williams, who helped us find the perfect house for our needs. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process—even when things got difficult and previous offers fell through. We’re so glad we made our purchase through him. His professionalism, honesty, and deep understanding of the local market truly set him apart. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Imperial Properties again in the future, whether buying or selling on the island.”
