Bendinat is the closest of the prime south-west addresses to Palma. It sits between Portals Nous and Illetas, with pine-covered hillsides, a golf course at its centre and a small cove on the coast. The streets are quiet and residential, and there is very little tourism.
It has been part of our territory since 1985, and in that time its character has changed less than almost anywhere nearby. The community is international and settled, with many owners who have been here for decades. Buyers come to Bendinat for stability, privacy and a short drive to the city.
Villas on mature plots define Old Bendinat and the hillside streets, many with views across the Bay of Palma. Around the golf course there are well-kept apartment and townhouse communities with gardens and shared pools. Established landscaping is part of the appeal here: tall pines and grown gardens, not new planting.
