Cas Català is the first of Calvià's coastal neighbourhoods as you leave Palma, set on the hillside between Sant Agustí and Illetas. Most homes look south across the Bay of Palma towards the city and the cathedral. A small beach lies at the bottom of the hill, and the beaches of Illetas are next door.
It is an established residential address, and one we have known since 1985. People choose it when they want a sea view and a garden but still expect to be in the centre of Palma in ten minutes.
Hillside villas with bay views make up the upper streets, many of them long-held family homes alongside newer contemporary builds. Lower down, towards the coast road, there are apartment buildings and penthouses with terraces facing the sea. Plots are smaller than in Bendinat, and the views are among the widest on this coast.

It is on the coast just west of Palma, between Sant Agustí and Illetas, on the eastern edge of the municipality of Calvià.
