Es Capdellà is a small village in the countryside behind Paguera, on the road between Calvià village and Andratx. It sits at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, with Puig de Galatzó above it and farmland all around. There are a few bars and restaurants, a church and a square, and not much else, which is exactly the appeal.
We have covered the inland villages of Calvià since 1985. Es Capdellà attracts buyers who want real countryside and mountain views while staying ten minutes from the beaches, golf and schools of the coast.
