Camp de Mar is a small bay between Paguera and Port d'Andratx, known for its sandy beach and the restaurant on a rocky islet reached by a wooden footbridge. The 18-hole Golf de Andratx runs up the valley behind, and pine-covered hills close the bay on both sides.
It is a compact place with a strong reputation, and homes here are bought for the beach, the golf and the calm. We have worked this stretch of coast since 1985 and often show Camp de Mar to buyers who like Port d'Andratx but want somewhere smaller.
Villas on the hillsides above the bay and around the golf course lead the market, many with sea views. There are also apartment residences close to the beach and beside the course, popular as holiday homes and for part-year living. The coast path to Port d'Andratx starts from the western side of the bay.
