Palma is the island's capital: a cathedral city on the bay with a restored Old Town, a long harbourfront, good restaurants, international schools and an airport ten to fifteen minutes from the centre. It is busy all year, and more of our clients now choose to live in the city full time.
Our work is centred on the south-west, and Palma is on its doorstep. We have watched the city's property market transform since 1985, as the Old Town was restored and neighbourhoods like Santa Catalina and Portixol became some of the most wanted addresses in Mallorca.
In the Old Town the market is apartments in restored buildings and whole townhouses and palaces, often with roof terraces. Santa Catalina and the Paseo Marítimo offer apartments and penthouses close to the harbour, Portixol and El Molinar have seafront houses and flats, and Son Vida, on the hills behind the city, has large villas beside its golf courses.
