A golf-front home backs directly onto the course, with open green views and no neighbours behind. It's quiet in the evening but sees players during the day, and stray balls are part of life on some holes.
A golf-view home looks over the course from further back or higher up. Many combine a golf view with a sea view.
Both tend to hold their appeal well. The course protects the outlook, and golf communities are usually well kept and secure.

Santa Ponsa I, II and III and Golf de Poniente are close to our Santa Ponsa office. Real Golf de Bendinat is a few minutes from our Portals Nous office, and the Son Vida courses are a short drive further towards Palma. Golf de Andratx is at Camp de Mar.
They suit many owners well. Golf communities are usually well kept and secure, and the course protects the view. If you plan to let the property, check its tourist rental licence status first. We'll tell you before you make an offer.
It changes through the year. Some sell to buyers already registered with us, so register your search if golf is a priority.
